I’m a Colorado native, husband, and loyal friend who believes that we don’t get to where we want to go without help. The people in our lives give meaning to what we do and who we become, and that’s why I make it my mission to do business in a way that fosters relationship and connection.

I started Soul to Sole Benefit Solutions with a person-to-person connection in mind. Having been in the health insurance industry for 10+ years in various roles, and specializing in ICHRAs and employer solutions for the last 3, I believe that the individuals on the other side of the health insurance solutions offered in the marketplace should know what their coverage options are and should have an advocate to help them navigate those options. My love for people and my knowledge of the industry gave life to this opportunity to serve my community, build relationships, and use my skillset to support a better health coverage experience.

I’m looking forward to continuing to support the broker community as a resource for strategy of ICHRA implementation, while in my venture as one.

James currently serves as the Media Relations Chair for the Southern Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (formerly known as SCAHU). His service to this organization allows him to be well-informed of new legislation regarding individual and employee benefits, and to better consult his clients for changes ahead.
